Seasonal Services
Our seasonal services cover the property work each season demands: aeration and overseeding in fall, mulch and pine-needle installation, full leaf cleanups and removal, bushhogging of natural areas, snow plowing and removal in winter, and floriculture installation for seasonal color.
We enjoy all of the seasons — and each one asks something different of your property. If you don't need a monthly maintenance program, we can still help with the work that piles up at season changes.
These are the services our neighbors ask for most often, and you can schedule any of them one-off or as a recurring seasonal program.

Seasonal Services Questions
When is the best time to aerate and overseed in North Carolina?
For the fescue lawns common in the Charlotte and Union County area, early fall — September through October — is ideal. Soil is still warm enough for fast germination and the new grass establishes before winter.
Do you remove the leaves or just blow them?
We offer full leaf removal — the leaves leave the property with us, they don't get pushed to the curb or into the tree line.
