What areas do you serve?
We're based in Indian Trail, NC and serve the greater Union County and south Charlotte area — including Charlotte, Waxhaw, Weddington, Wesley Chapel, Matthews, Unionville, and Monroe — plus Indian Land and Lancaster just over the South Carolina line.
Do you handle both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We have more than ten years of experience in commercial and residential grounds maintenance, and we run programs for both — from single-family lawns to commercial sites that need year-round presentability.
Do you offer year-round maintenance contracts?
Yes. Most clients are on year-round schedules that follow the seasons: regular mowing and grounds care through the growing months, then aeration, leaf removal, and bed work in fall and winter. One-time and seasonal services are available too — a contract is never required to work with us.
Are you licensed for pesticide applications?
Yes. Our turf applications are performed by licensed pesticide applicators, as North Carolina requires. That covers pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control, fungicide, insecticide, and grub control.
What is included in your turf application program?
A full program typically includes a soil sample first, then pre-emergent weed control in late winter, post-emergent and fertility applications through the growing season, fungicide and grub control as conditions warrant, and lime or other amendments the soil sample calls for.
When should I aerate and overseed my lawn in North Carolina?
For the fescue lawns common around Charlotte and Union County, early fall — September through October — is the best window. The soil is still warm for germination and seedlings establish before cold weather.
How does irrigation winterization work, and do I need it?
We shut off the supply, drain the system, and blow the lines out with compressed air so trapped water can't freeze and crack pipes or valves. In our climate, yes — even mild winters bring enough hard freezes to damage an unwinterized system.
Can you repair an irrigation system you didn't install?
Yes. We service and repair existing systems regardless of who installed them — repairs, replacement heads and valves, timer adjustments, and zone troubleshooting.
Do you remove trees?
Yes — our arboricultural services include full tree removal as well as the preventive side: tree banding, pesticide treatments, pruning, and trimming to keep healthy trees healthy.
Can you fix drainage problems and standing water?
Usually, yes. Standing water is a grading or drainage problem, and we do both: re-grading so water moves the right direction, and installing or extending drainage systems to carry it away.
Do you do snow removal?
Yes — snow plowing and removal is one of our seasonal services for both residential and commercial clients.
